Team Registration Now Open

The current registration phase is designed specifically for schools, clubs, academies, and swimming programmes.

At this stage, organisations are registering as teams rather than submitting individual athlete entries.

By securing a place within the Series, schools position their swimmers to compete for qualification and potential selection to their country's representative team.
How Registration Works
Â
Step 1: Submit your School Expression of Interest
Complete your school’s team profile, including key contact details, estimated swimmer numbers, and the regional qualification event you wish to attend.
Step 2: Eligibility and Capacity Review
The event team will review your submission to confirm that your school meets the entry requirements and that space remains available at your selected regional qualification event.
Step 3: Receive Provisional Entry Confirmation
Once reviewed, your school will receive provisional confirmation of entry, together with the relevant event information, payment instructions and policy requirements.
Step 4: Complete Payment and Confirm Your Place
Your school’s place will only be secured once payment has been completed through the relevant regional payment gateway and all required registration conditions have been accepted.
Step 5: Final Event Information Issued
Following confirmed entry, schools will receive further details, including event schedules, swimmer entry deadlines, policies, venue procedures and any additional requirements for participation in the Global School Swimming Series.
